Scope of Work: We will be performing routine network maintenance to keep our infrastructure secure, stable, and up to date. This includes applying firmware updates, implementing current security enhancements, and making general improvements to ensure optimal system performance.
Expected Impact: During the maintenance window, users connected through the SSL user VPN may experience brief periods of intermittent connectivity or reduced performance. Site‑to‑site VPN tunnels and internal network connectivity will not be impacted. We do not anticipate any extended downtime, and all services are expected to return to normal once the maintenance is complete. We appreciate your patience as we continue to maintain a reliable and secure network environment.
