Scope of Work:
We will be performing routine network maintenance to keep our infrastructure secure, stable, and up to date. This includes applying firmware updates, implementing current security enhancements, and making general improvements to ensure optimal system performance.

Expected Impact:
During the maintenance window, clients will experience downtime to hosted systems. We will be performing multiple restarts of hosted systems and connectivity interruptions will happen as we apply firmware updates to infrastructure. We appreciate your patience as we continue to maintain a reliable and secure network environment.
