A fix has been implemented to remediate the issue across any impacted machines. We will continue to monitor this issue throughout the day today to ensure the issue has been fully resolved.

Identified
We have identified the problem as being related to windows firewall misconfigurations. This is only impacting a small number of servers. It can be quickly resolved by restarting some services, or with a server reboot. We are proactively locating those servers and addressing the issue, however, if you are experiencing issues, please open a ticket so we are certain everyone is addressed.

We have identified an issue for our Infrastructure clients that could be impacting networking connectivity this morning for our IAAS clients. We are actively working to resolve these issues.
