Scope: All hosted systems in the west coast datacenter

We're thrilled to share that we will be upgrading your hosting infrastructure to a state-of-the-art facility designed to better serve you now and in the future.

What's Changing?
Your hosting environment will be migrated to our new, modern datacenter featuring:
• Enhanced security – Superior physical and logical protections
• Improved reliability – Advanced backup power and network infrastructure
• Better scalability – Built to support your growth

When Will This Happen?
Friday, December 5, 2025 at 3:00 PM through Monday, December 8, 2025 at 5:00 AM (Pacific Time)

What will be impacted?
During this time all hosting services will be unavailable, and hosted software will be inaccessible.

We've strategically scheduled this for a weekend to minimize business impact, and our team will be working around the clock to restore access as quickly as possible.

What You Need to Know:
• Your data is completely protected – Everything will be backed up on multiple systems and replicated offsite before migration
• Most users require no action – Login credentials and connection addresses remain the same
• Special configurations may need updates – If you use Site-to-Site VPNs or Static Public IPs, our hosting team will contact you directly in November with specific instructions
